Low WBC, Low Neutrophils, High Lymphocytes....? - low ferritin and low vitamin d
I had a lot of gas and bloating for some time, with frequent bowel movements, stomach / intestinal cramps, fatigue, hives, skin rash type casual (only) a few times. I feel like this after every meal, and instead of hunger, I also feel a little sick. My PCP ran some blood tests, and most appear normal.
My main concern is my low white blood cell count slightly high at 3.9, together with neutrophils and lymphocytes in 54 to 37. I have no cold or flu in at least one year. My ALP is also slightly lower at 33 years, and my transferrin is a little low 216th I was full of iron-citrate 25mg three times daily. My ferritin is increased 12 to 20 in 4 months ago. B12 is 420, folic acid is 10.6. I expect that my results in vitamin D.
Any ideas would be much APappreciated!
